"Babydolls and Dump Trucks"

A couple of weeks ago I got Ty a "boy" baby doll, I wanted to teach him how we handle babies and how we need to be gentle. I heard from a couple of people that getting a boy a babydoll can help them learn how to be caring before a new baby comes

....... Now Tyson was a little hesitant about getting our "son" a "babydoll" .....

But once we saw how he wanted to carry his "baby" our worries were gone.!! Ladies and Gentleman, Tyson is all BOY!! All he wanted to do was give baby a ride in his dump truck :)

Tyson got me these flowers last week when I was having a bad day..... They were just what I needed.... Thank you for making my day better I love you Ty!!

Baby Shower!

My awesome friend Megan threw me a baby shower Saturday! I am so gratefull for all of my friends and family who were able to make it! We had such a great time! Plenty of yummy food to eat! A lot of visiting and a few games! :) I loved having everyone together and I was able to see a lot of friends and family I havent seen in a while! My cake was adorable and I loved all my gifts!! I feel even more blessed and prepared for the arrival of this baby now! (all we are waiting on is the whole "arrival" part :) Thank you Everyone!!!

pregnancy update....

So I just thought I would keep everyone updated about what has been going on with the pregnancy...I went to the Doctors yesterday and found out that I am 1 centimeter dialated and 70% effaced! Its a start so Im happy :) I am getting very uncomfortable and huge!! Even the smallest of tasks makes me sooo tired! Im achey and emotional! So I think that it is definitly time to meet this little one!!
I must look pretty miserable and like Im about to pop cause I get comments everywhere I go; my favorite: "Oh my! Are you having twins! and "Oh honey Im so sorry, you look miserable! You must be due any time!" hahaha thank you so much for that complement!!
My due date is April 17th but I have been getting contractions pretty often so I have a feeling he may be coming sooner. ( Im keeping my fingers crossed :) Im not planning on being induced unless I have to be so I am prepared to have to wait untill my due date..... Hopefully I can get some pictures of my belly posted soon for everyone to see!!!

Girls Day!

Me and a couple of my friends (Melissa and Megan) had a much needed girls day last week! We went out to lunch to Chapalas, and then to get pedicures! Which for me was much needed since i cant reach my toes anymore let alone hardly see them :) Its was great to be able to see Melissa since she lives in Colorado and It was so relaxing and nice to have some "girl talk" Im sure i will need to get used to the lack of girl talk in my home because in a few weeks im going to be very outnumbered by my husband and sons!! I am so grateful for my friends! Thanks for the Girls Day!

Our Nephew!!

Our little Nephew Jaxin Walker Henry was born February 24th! Congrats Bob and Marina! We are so excited to watch him grow and get to know him! And are so excited that our little one will have a cousin so close in age!! We are so happy for you and your growing family!!! WE LOVE YOU JAXIN!!!!!!

Happy 24th TYSON!!

Tyson turned 24 on Thursday! For his birthday, everyone pitched in, and we got him a top of the line computer! That he absolutely loves, it will be great for some of the gaming that he does :)!! On his birthday he was able to do what he loves most which is just to RELAX and get a massage:) We also went over to my parents for a wonderful Birthday dinner, complete with Cake and all! I love you Tyson! I hope you had a wonderful birthday!!

Our Valentines Day

We had a nice little Valentines day evening this year! We enjoyed dinner at Jonny Carinos with our friends Zach and Megan, and then we came home to enjoy a game and movie night! We had such a great time! I love Valentines day!!

Sunshine and Smiles!

These last couple of days the sun has been out and it has actually been warm enough to let Ty play outside!! He had so much fun exploring all the sights and sounds after being cooped inside for so long :( We were both so happy to spend some time outdoors! Hooray for the sunshine!!

Tyson's Fort!!

Daddy made a quick fort for Tyson using our couch pillows! Ty absolutly loved it! He was just tickled the whole time he and daddy played in it!... I love these special little memories! What a lucky boy Tyson is to have such a great daddy!!!

Update! Update! Read All About It!!

This last month has been a pretty mellow month for us, Tysons job is in its slow season so we have been spoiled having daddy home a lot of the time:)We have been able to enjoy relaxing movie nights at home together, and been able to have game nights with our friends, Zach and Megan, which always turn out to be so much fun!! Its been so nice having Tyson home, Im pretty tired of this cold weather but dont want summer to come too soon because I have enjoyed having my hubby around and will miss him come summer :(


On a lower note, We have had to be at the doctors for lil Ty quite often lately :( We recently found out our poor lil guy has allergies to; eggs, cats, and they are still doing some testing for others... We also were at the doctors yesterday because of Tys cold and found out that he has Bronchitis!! He is on antibiotics and has to do regular breating treatments :( Despite his cold he has been in pretty good spirits!! Most of the time he is as happy as ever and you couldnt even tell that he was fighting an infection!! What a strong lil guy we have!!

I am now about 29 weeks along and Jarom is growing faster than ever!! (As you can see from the pictures :)... He is having a great time being quite the little gymnast doing all sorts of crazy movements in my belly! If I hadnt seen for myself I would be convinced that there were two in there!! So far this pregnancy has been going pretty well, besides the horrible reflux that I have just began to get!! It has been really painful but I am working with my doctor on ways that I can allevate this pain. I just hope it doesnt get worse during these last few months :(...I already have so much love for my sweet son! We cant wait to meet him! Only about 2 1/2 months to go!!! Crazy how time flys by so quickly!
